Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette

Every day Look: Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette
Hello everyone! Happy Saturday! I hope you are all doing very well. Today, I decided to play with my UD Naked Smoky palette again. I like the shades in this palette. The only downside for me is that there are not a whole lot of transition shades, so if I want a specific look that needs a specific transition shade, I have to reach for another palette. Now, this is not necessarily bad if you have a ton of palettes, but it is something to consider if you want an "all in one" type of palette.

This time, I decided to go with a more muted eye look and a day time appropriate lip. I hope you enjoy it!

I started off by priming my lids with primer potion and setting that with the shade combust.

I used the shade password and applied that to the crease and blended it out to the outer v.

I then picked up the shade Smolder, a shimmery eggplant shade, and focused that on the outer v.

I went light on the lid and used the shade High a shimmery champagne like shade. It kind of reminds me of the UD shade Sin.

To moisturize my face, I used the farsali rose gold face oil.

For under eyes, I used the Nyx corrector and Too Faced concealer in fair.

For face, Tarte Amazonian Clay in fair beige.

As usual, to set the under eyes, Laura Mercier Secretly brightening powder and a dry beauty blender.

Physicians formula powder applied with a big fluffy brush to set the foundation.

Clean off the excess powder with a clean brush.

I got a sample of the ABH dipbrow pomade, so I used the shade dark brown and the tiny brush that came with it. This product seems amazing! It is super easy to apply and you do not need a whole lot of it. The downside of this sample for me is that it is a bit too dark for my liking, makes me look even pale-r than usual!

As a brow bone highlight, I used the shade thirteen.

The shade Taupe from Lorac Pro serves as a perfect contour shade.

For blush, I used Tarte Peaceful.

I used iSOCiETY COSMETICS highlight in oh baby as a face highlight.

To set everything, the Mario Badescu rose water spray.

For liner, I used iSOCiETY liquid liner in the purple orchid

For mascara, I used roller lash from Benefit.

To finish off the look, I used the Tarte lippie lingerie in racy (deep brown).

I hope you enjoyed this look! I enjoyed creating it and combining the brownish lips with the purple tones in the shadow.

As usual, thanks so much for reading!
