Lash Drama!

Reddish Brown look with falsies

Hello everyone! I have another tutorial using my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. This time I was inspired by the reddish brown shades in the palette. If you would like to know how I did the look, keep reading.

As usual, prime your lids...I used my go-to, Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

Then I used a flat shader brush and the shade White Chocolate and applied it all over the lid and up to the brow bone.

I then went in with a small crease brush and applied the color Cherry Cordial (a wine color with a few specs of shimmer that isn't too noticeable when applied) in my crease.

I then took a bigger, fluffier crease brush and applied Black forest truffle (a dark wine-brown color with some shimmery specs) on the outer 'V' (outer crease of the eye and down to the edge of the eye) and blended this out into Cherry Cordial.

I then used a flat shader brush to 'pack on' the color Amaretto (a lighter reddish brown) onto the lid. To 'pack on' the color simply press lightly with the brush on the lid, this will allow the best application of color to the lid without it looking too blended out.

I then applied my foundation, I used my Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Foundation in the color Ivory. I like doing my foundation at this point before I finish my eyes because if I want to smudge eye shadow on the lower lash line, the foundation/concealer could cover up/remove that eye shadow.
*Sorry for the change in lighting but I need the light that comes through the window so I can see what I'm doing, however, it washes me out even more, leaving me with pictures that aren't very good...#palepeopleproblems. Anyways, here I am applying my under-eye brightening perfector from Neutrogena.

Now I used my Real Techniques expert face brush and my Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil bronzer to contour my cheeks and forehead.

I then applied my blush, a combination of Sweet Pink and Papa Don't Peach from Too Faced Everything Nice palette.

I used a small blush brush and applied my highlight to my temples... I used Too Faced Everything Nice palette and the color is Inner Light.

I then used Benefit Speed Brow in Neutral to set my eyebrows.

I then used a small crease brush and the color Champagne Truffle as a brow bone highlight.

Then I curled my lashes and applied my mascara. I used Make Up For Ever Smoky Extravagant.

I then took a small eye liner brush with the color Black Forest Truffle and smudged it as close to my lower lash line as possible.

I am feeling up for more drama so I am applying false lashes. To do this, apply the glue to the strip, and wait 30 seconds for the glue to set. Once the 30 seconds are up, get the lashes (the strip) as close to your lash line (not on the lashes though) as you can and place them on. You can use tweezers to do this. Then, with the other end of the tweezers (the closed side) press slightly on the lashes so that they adhere better. You also want to push your own lashes up and into the fake lashes. Tug on the fake lashes a bit to make sure they don't move. Now, just wait for them to dry. If you got the ones with the white glue that dries clear, you still might want to go over the fake lashes with liquid liner like so:

For my lips I used Tarte LipSurgence lip gloss in the color flush.

I set my makeup with Make Up For Ever Mist & Fix spray.

Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed the look!
