October Makeup Basket

Hello everyone! We are officially in October! The beginning of this new month happens to coincide with a new basket for me. I have decided to do things a little differently. The next palette that I have in rotation is the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture palette. Since this is a hot topic palette with very mixed reviews and it is brand new to me, I have decided to use it for the entirety of the month. I feel that by doing that, I will be able to give it a fair shot. With that said, let's get to the products I will be focusing on for the month of October.

Like I mentioned before, my eye shadow focus will be the Subculture palette by ABH. 

I have only created one look with this palette but I have swatched all the shades.

Along with that palette, I will be including the shade Light Pink from my Lorac Pro palette as the ABH subculture does not seem to have a brow bone highlight or that perfect shade to set your primer with. 

For blush, I will be alternating between my Tarte Peaceful and my iSOCiETY blush in Lady Bug.

Finally, for bronzer, I will be using my Too Faced Sun Bunny. Although, if I am totally honest with you, this bronzer is soooo old, I am debating on just tossing it. It has a film of hard pan on it. I think it is getting gross, so this may be the last run for it.

For lips, I will be alternating and picking some from my collection based on the eye look that I create that day. Stay tuned for some looks and how tos! I am hoping to document a variety of looks and possibly posting them at the end of the month as a "monthly review".
